01 / ABOUT THIS NOTICE
The journal & this policy
ELVARYXA publishes blog.elvaryxa.com. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the publisher of this journal.
Location: India, Assam
Privacy email: contact@elvaryxa.com
This notice covers the blog and related correspondence. Other ELVARYXA websites and external services may have separate privacy notices.
02 / INFORMATION WE RECEIVE
From your visit or message
The information involved depends on your interaction:
- Messages: your email address, any name you provide, message, attachments and replies.
- Website requests: IP address, browser or device details, requested page, request time and referring-page information where supplied. Hosting and security systems may record these details.
- Optional features: information submitted through an available comment, subscription or other form, together with relevant permission and technical records.
If public comments are available, your displayed name and comment may be visible to readers. Share only what is needed. Without a reply address or enough context, we may be unable to answer an enquiry.
03 / HOW INFORMATION IS USED
A purpose for each use
Information helps deliver pages, answer enquiries, assess corrections, troubleshoot problems, prevent spam and provide features you request.
Where a legal basis is required, it depends on the activity. Relevant bases may include legitimate interests in operating and protecting the journal; consent for optional marketing or tracking where required; a requested service or contract where relevant; and compliance with legal obligations.
Sending an enquiry or reporting an error does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing emails.
04 / COOKIES & ONLINE TOOLS
Browser storage & tracking
Enabled services may use cookies or similar technologies for preferences, security, measurement or referral attribution. Optional tools may require additional notice and consent under applicable law.
Browser settings let you inspect, delete or block cookies. Blocking them may affect functions; deleting them does not erase information already received.
If Google Analytics is enabled: Google may process visit, interaction and device information for usage reports. See Google’s partner-site information and its Analytics opt-out add-on.
If Google advertising is enabled: Google and participating vendors may use cookies to deliver and measure ads. Personalised ads may reflect visits to this or other websites. See My Ad Center and the Google Privacy Policy. Other vendors have their own notices and controls.
Affiliate links: destinations or referral networks may receive referral details and use their own cookies to attribute visits or purchases. Their privacy information applies to their services.
05 / EMAILS & OPTIONAL FEATURES
Subscriptions & embedded content
The website includes a Hostinger Reach integration resource. Loading it can send technical request details, such as an IP address and browser information, to its provider even without submitting a form.
If a connected subscription form is offered and used, Hostinger Reach may process submitted details and subscription records to deliver requested emails. Delivery, opening or link-click activity may also be recorded, depending on campaign settings.
Marketing subscriptions are optional. Use an email’s unsubscribe option or contact us to stop marketing. A limited unsubscribe record may be needed to respect that request.
Embedded videos, social posts or other external features, where included, may connect to their providers and involve request information or cookies. Review their privacy notices before interacting.
06 / HOSTING & EXTERNAL SUPPORT
Who helps operate the journal
External services help operate the journal:
- Hostinger: hosting, infrastructure and the Reach integration or connected email features. Read the Hostinger Privacy Policy.
- Hostinger Email: hosting and delivery of correspondence sent to or from contact@elvaryxa.com.
- Other enabled providers: analytics, advertising, embedded content and affiliate services, when used.
Disclosure may also be required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse or legal claims, subject to applicable law.
Providers may process information in India and other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Arrangements depend on the service and applicable law. Hostinger’s Data Processing Addendum describes its processing terms and transfer provisions. Email us about arrangements relevant to your information.
07 / STORAGE & SAFEGUARDS
Keeping information for its purpose
Retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligations. Relevant considerations include whether an enquiry is resolved, whether records are needed for a dispute or legal obligation, and whether technical records remain necessary for security or troubleshooting.
Subscription records, where relevant, support requested communications and unsubscribe choices. Logs and backups also depend on provider settings and backup cycles.
Safeguards should reflect the risks, including appropriate access limits and account and website controls. No website, email service or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Contact us about a particular record.
08 / QUESTIONS & REQUESTS
Managing your information
Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict processing, obtain portability or object to certain uses.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it through an available control or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. Rights to object to direct marketing or processing based on legitimate interests may also apply.
Email contact@elvaryxa.com with your request and enough context to locate the information. Avoid sending unnecessary identity documents or sensitive details.
Proportionate verification may be needed. Requests are assessed under applicable law, including relevant exceptions and response requirements. You may also be able to complain to the appropriate data protection authority where that right is available.
09 / READERS & EXTERNAL WEBSITES
Children & linked services
The journal offers general reading about technology, websites and online business. Parents or guardians who believe a child has submitted personal information can contact us for review and appropriate action.
External websites operate under their own privacy practices. Read their notices before providing details or purchasing. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains the commercial context of relevant links.
