OUR EDITORIAL APPROACH

Useful information.
Thoughtfully prepared.

ELVARYXA aims to help readers understand practical ideas, compare options and take informed next steps. These standards guide our work across AI tools, websites, technology and online business.

Clarity

Explain the subject in plain language, with practical examples and a clear purpose for the reader.

Evidence

Support factual claims with relevant sources and distinguish verified information from opinion or uncertainty.

Transparency

Explain the basis of reviews, disclose relevant commercial relationships and address meaningful errors.

01 / PURPOSE

Who we write for

The global journal at blog.elvaryxa.com is an English-language publication for people exploring AI tools, building websites and learning about online business.

We aim to answer real questions through explanations, tutorials, comparisons and original examples. Articles should make their purpose clear and provide useful context for the reader’s experience, budget and goals.

ELVARYXA’s wider ambitions are described on our About page. Coverage of an idea or business model does not mean that ELVARYXA currently offers that product or service.

02 / RESEARCH

Sources & accuracy

We aim to check factual claims against sources appropriate to the subject. For software features, product terms and technical instructions, we prioritise official documentation and other primary sources where available.

  • Link to sources that help readers verify important claims.
  • Distinguish facts, opinions, estimates and illustrative examples.
  • State relevant limits, including differences by country, device, plan or software version.
  • Acknowledge uncertainty when reliable information is incomplete or conflicting.

Prices, interfaces, availability and policies can change after publication. Readers should check the relevant provider’s current information before making a purchase or relying on a time-sensitive detail.

03 / EVALUATION

Reviews & comparisons

A review should explain what its conclusions are based on. We distinguish direct use or testing from research based on documentation and other sources. We use terms such as “tested” or “hands-on” only when supported by actual work.

Depending on the subject, comparisons may consider ease of use, relevant features, pricing, limitations and suitability for different readers. Recommendations should explain the trade-offs and avoid presenting one option as the best choice for everyone.

We do not invent test results, screenshots, quotations or personal experience. See our Review Methodology for more information about our approach.

04 / INDEPENDENCE

Commercial relationships

The journal may be supported by advertising, affiliate links or relevant commercial collaborations. Where a relationship is relevant to an article or recommendation, our standard is to disclose it clearly.

Affiliate content should carry an appropriate disclosure near the relevant recommendations or links. Sponsored content, paid placements and material benefits such as review access should be identified where relevant.

Payment or an affiliate relationship must not buy a favourable verdict. Recommendations should remain grounded in the stated criteria, with meaningful limitations included. Advertising should be distinguishable from editorial content.

Read our Affiliate Disclosure for further information.

05 / AI ASSISTANCE

Tools & responsibility

AI tools may assist with planning, organising research, drafting, editing or creating illustrative material. ELVARYXA remains responsible for the content it publishes.

AI output is not a source of proof by itself. Factual claims, citations and quotations require checking against reliable sources. AI assistance must not be used to fabricate expertise, personal experience or product testing.

When generated images, demonstrations or examples could reasonably be mistaken for real events or test evidence, their nature should be made clear. Material use of AI should be explained when it affects how a reader should interpret the content.

06 / ACCOUNTABILITY

Authorship & dates

Articles should identify the responsible author or publishing identity. Biographies and credentials must reflect actual experience; we do not invent reviewers, qualifications or expert endorsements.

Publication and update dates should reflect real publishing activity. An updated date should accompany a substantive review or change, rather than being refreshed simply to make an article appear recent.

Where relevant, an article should explain the scope of its research or testing and any limitations that materially affect its conclusions.

07 / CONTINUING CARE

Updates & corrections

We aim to review content when important changes or credible concerns are brought to our attention. Significant factual errors should be corrected, with a note explaining a material correction where appropriate. Minor spelling or formatting changes may be made without a separate notice.

To report an issue, send the article URL, the relevant passage and any supporting evidence to contact@elvaryxa.com.

Our Corrections Policy explains the reporting route in more detail. Suggestions are welcome, though submitting a request does not guarantee a particular editorial decision or response time.

08 / ORIGINAL WORK

Attribution & fair presentation

We aim to contribute our own explanations, structure and useful examples. Referenced ideas, quotations and third-party material should be attributed appropriately, with permission or a suitable legal basis where required.

Headlines and summaries should represent the article fairly. We avoid fabricated testimonials, unsupported earnings claims and promises of guaranteed traffic, income or business results.

This policy may develop as the journal grows. Changes to the policy should be reflected in the date shown on this page.
